Readiness scoring

Fundraising readiness: a score, and the gaps behind it

Readiness is not a feeling. Ready.GO scores your venture against the criteria investors actually diligence, shows which claims are merely asserted versus documented or verified, and gives you an ordered list of what to fix first.

Evidence, not adjectives

Every fact in your venture snapshot sits on a rung: missing, asserted, documented or verified. Moving a fact up a rung is what raises your score.

  • Traction, revenue and retention with the artefacts behind them
  • Team, roles and gaps a lead investor will notice
  • Market, competition and defensibility
  • Financials, cap table hygiene and governance basics

A plan you can assign

Gaps become tasks with owners, due dates and files attached, so readiness work runs like the rest of the company rather than as a side project.

Bring your advisors in

Advisors and programs can review your readiness, propose changes and sign off on evidence — with permissions you set per category.

Frequently asked questions

What does the readiness score measure?
It measures how much of your fundraising story is backed by evidence across categories such as traction, team, market, financials and governance — weighted by what matters at your stage.
Do I need a data room first?
No. You can start with a deck and a few facts; the score tells you which documents to gather next, in the order investors will ask for them.
Who can see my readiness score?
Only you and the people you invite. Advisors and organizations see the categories you grant them, and nothing else.
How often should I re-check readiness?
Most founders re-check monthly while preparing to raise, and again before a lead's diligence starts.
